Spend
money wisely by optimizing ink usage. While
some colors can be pumped direct from an ink pail, others
can be created through a blend of tones using transparent
inks which, coincidentally, minimize "bleed through"
for trapped areas.
Save
money by minimizing ink count. For example,
a magenta used in process printing can also substitute for a
direct red elsewhere.
Add "punch" at no cost. Black
put down on two distinct color stations, for example, to segregate
sensitive fine print from bold and filled areas. Heavy opaque
formulations should be used for areas requiring total coverage
to dominate the fluting and provide color consistency in the
solids.
The registration and color control is free. Cheek-puckering
suction bear-hugs the display sheet taut along its journey.
Printed surfaces are whisked clean by the continuous vacuum
action. Ink coverage is precisely metered and quick-dried
before entering in-line die-cutting. Fast, accurate and efficient

Our color operations allow us to dial in a "kiss"
impression mating printing plate to corrugated sheet. So terribly
important for that crisp finished look. And non-negotiable for
close in work like the reversed out fonts below.
