All
we do is punch the specifications into the computer, place the
printing dies on the cylinders, turn it on and stand back. This
machine slots, scores, prints, glues, folds, stacks, and bundles
the most complex shippers at a rate of up to 330 per minute.
At that speed, every order is a rush order. A carton sample
from each bundle is pulled and tested to assure complete quality
compliance on line.
QC foreman is empowered to hit red "stop" button which
brings the entire line to an instant halt should there be any
question about job integrity. |
