Getting
a perfectly printed display is not
as easy as we make it look.
The corrugated material, that displays are printed on, can act as
a sponge and the slightest excess of ink can turn a crisp graphic
into a Rorshach test. That's why our rotary, die-cutter, print stations
use laser engraved, ceramic coated, rolls to supply the dies with
the perfect amount of ink. That's also why the 1,000lb. Cylinders,
that these dies are attached to, can be adjusted by 1/1,000 of an
inch. After all, the better your product looks at the point of purchase,
the better its chance of getting past the point of purchase.
